Accessibility Statement

At Riding the Magic, we believe that the magic should be accessible to everyone, and that includes our digital content. We are committed to ensuring a positive user experience for people with disabilities and are continually working to improve the site’s usability in line with the Equality Act 2010.

Our Standards

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Riding the Magic aims for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance.

Our Ongoing Commitment

While we strive for the highest standards, we view accessibility as an ongoing journey rather than a one time task. We are actively working to:

  • Ensure all images have descriptive alt-text.

  • Maintain a clear, readable visual hierarchy and high colour contrast.

  • Optimise the site for screen readers and keyboard navigation.

As a growing independent site, we may not always get it right on every page, but we are dedicated to continually improving and looking for solutions when we don’t get it right.

We Value Your Feedback

If you encounter any barriers or find a part of our site difficult to use, we want to hear about it. Your feedback is essential in helping us prioritise our technical improvements.

If you have suggestions or need assistance, please reach out to us through our contact us page.
